ERMM. Well my laptop is being attacked by a trojan thingiemahbob again...
and I don't quite remember the program that was recommended to me last time (the one that inf recommended)

So what am I supposed to do? (I'm using my mom's computer right now though)
I have AVG but its not reallly helping.

Oh, if anyone could go look up the log during the first time I got a trojan to find out what program then that would be great...
otherwise, I'm in big doo doo right now D:

Spybot Search and Destroy is pretty useful for detecting trojans, spyware and whatnot. Sometimes it's best to disconnect from the internet while running a scan, and then reconnect once you've finished scanning (in some cases, trojans don't always disappear if you're still connected. I had Vundo, supposedly one of the worst trojans, and it just kept coming back and back and back, until I DC'd, THEN ran the scan and wiped it ¬¬). Get it from here.

Good luck getting rid of the trojan. ^^

Combofix rocks a$$ against hard-to-remove Trojans. Try that

Try Malware Bytes anti-malware. Download it from here. That removed a virus that other scanners would not for me once.
Try this after you use your anti-virus program. It can find things that even the anti-virus program missed.

I use a pretty good combo of Kaspersky Anti-Virus and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
Whatever Kasp misses, Mal picks up. xDD

please use combo fix as it will remove the pest 100%. then have the time to do a panda online scan afterwards. save the combofix log and post it on anti-malware forums if you have time.

I tried combofix and the only problem you will encounter is a computer freeze when your current anti-virus is active. dont download the xp recovery if you want.

malwarebytes anti malware is good but combofix really detects everything.

combofix is a strong program so read how to use it. just simply double click it and the rest are from an expert.

Yeah, so ComboFix is what cured my computer the last time I got a trojan. And I tried it a few times this time, but it didn't work. After trying to use Eset Nod32 with the help of Sephi, I tried ComboFix again and voila! It worked!
Anyway, thanks for all of your guys' help! It was much appreciated!
