I have a R4 but i am a bit lazy so i don't want to trim my roms 1 by 1. Is there a program so i can trim more then 1 rom?

I actually did them 1 by 1. I use Offline list (rominator looks nice but without zip support doesn't do much for me). But I do know quite a few people that use rominator and you can set it up to automatically trim when you copy roms to a flashcard - so if you have all unzipped roms then that is a good way to go.

i use r4 commander it has a learning curve but once you understand how it works its easy, anyways it trims the roms and can read zips.

Not to thread hijack, but I think having two threads related to rom trimming would be unnecessary.

I want to know if there are any games that become broken after trimming? I heard something about Wi-Fi games usually have trouble after trimming them.

Thanks.

That's because WiFi data is included near the end of the file, and they used chopped off due to nearsighted trimming techniques, should be fine now though. And if your games does break just use the untrimmed rom.

Probably wise to keep it in this one

... trimmers use different methods to trim their roms... some use the data contained within the rom which tells it how big it originally is to trim... others use byte references, or delete large repeated sections at the end of the rom. Since there are so many trimmers out, it's up to you to choose one that you're happy with x
