Don't think so.
Just remove a DS game, you should be able to fit a few GB/GBC roms in it then

GBC games can't normally be trimmed. However, Goomba Color does support (or at least used to support) specially-compressed games using a tool that comes (came?) with the download called GBCtrim.exe. These roms would not work on Lameboy however.

The titles are prety much as compressed as possible. Most are a couple of MB's at most. If you need to save space, simply make room as about 20 titles should fit in 50 MB's.
