Hacking Tremendous lag, am i doing something wrong?

Whenever I play MW3/Black Ops and i get host in a match, it's almost unplayable. I cant barely walk 3 feet without the game getting choppy and sometimes i freeze for up to 10 seconds at a time. Even when im not host i get the same lag, just not as bad. I use cIOS 224 with Cfg USB Loader. do i need to use a different IOS or loader?

sounds more like an internet problem then a problem with your loader, does single-player work fine?

Yeah single player works fine.
