Dude, I'm at the same part. Right when the doctor says "we'll have to extract one at a time", in reference to the tumors, I try to get rid of them all quickly but the patient always dies. I try to bring up his vitals with the green syringe, but it doesn't help. If anyone can tell us how to pass this part, I would really appreciate it!
I forgot about the green syringe! Thanks, I passed it now! Periodically inject him with that antibiotic and it's easy. Make sure you got the touch controls right if it's not doing anything for you.
