Gaming Transferring game data from one 3ds to another and back

Is there anyway I can transfer my digital eshop copy of a game with the save file from my main 3ds over to my 9.2 emunand o3ds and back?

Main is n3ds on 10.5.30 and has menuhax running if that'd make a difference. I know a downgrade software method for 10.4+ just came out and its gonna be converted over to work on n3ds or already has by the time Im done writing this but I dont really feel like doing that on my main system.

If you can install cias you could install savedatafiler and rip your save. Then use funkyCIA to download your eshop content and convert it to CIA that is installable on any 3ds. Install your eshop CIA and save data on your other 3ds.
