Homebrew Transfer whole 3ds to citra?

Hey all, as you may have guessed, can I transfer everything to citra? Im thinking, just copy my SD to citra's sd folder, but how do I move all my saves and things stored on the 3ds memory like DSI games (and gba games but i think those are on the sd).

I have b9s installed with the latest Luma3DS, and I have godmode9. so I just wondering what I need to extract and copy to my pc.

Anyways, ive backed up all my saves already, any help appreciated.

From my knowledge you can only transfer games to Citra. To do that, you need the games in .CXI or .3DS format, use Decrypt9WIP to do so. You can also install LEGIT .CIA fliles.
