Hardware Touch screen while remote playing not working

Hello,

as the title says, I have a problem while remote playing my touch screen both rear and front aren't working. I've tried to reset settings in my remote play and restarting console, but still the same.

Any advices?

Since there is no one to help me about the current problem, is there anyone who can help me to restore vita to factory settings, but keep all the mods installed? Is it even possible?

Factory reset is the thing. Is your vita also modded?
