Yeah after Nintendo Switch Sports I don’t think anyone wants a new Mii based game, even though you can use your Miis on Nintendo Switch Sports.

If anyone forgot, Tomodachi Life WAS a sequel. People liked it and all, but same with the DS game, it lacked a lot of replay value. I don't think Nintendo wanted to put the effort into making a threequel which has more content.

Animal Crossing did something similar so much to the point where the games didn't feel all too different pre-NL.
