Hardware TN or IPS normal N3DS?

The screen has this anti glare like property to it. I'll angle the top screen so I can see the ceiling light reflecting. It has this green double image both sides of the light.

Does that have anything to do with it being IPS or TN?

so far there have been no reported ips panel non-xl n3ds consoles.

i'm having trouble picturing what you're explaining, is it an issue during normal use? with 3d on?
