ROM Hack Title and build ids for games

Hello folks, I have a bunch on cheats and some work, some dont work. I saw online that your build id had to match the cheat txt. How do I go about finding this id. I'm using atmosphere 8.6 right now. I tried edizon and I get the title id but that's it. Thanks

Cheats are designed for one version of game. Changing buildid may cause cheats to not work or crash game.

wen you update the game the buildid change ^^, and yes if you change buildid the game shood crash try find update to your game to change buildid that you want

Yeah, but it only shows the first half, of the build ID, how to get the full ID for exefs .ips patches?

If not for homebrew project - open with hex editor main from exefs. Offset 0x40, 32 bytes. This is your full buildid.
