ROM Hack Tinfoil ticket problem

I am having a problem with Tinfoil and some tickets - this is for games which I have purchased but want to backup or put on my other console. I can see the ticket is there in Tinfoil but when I hit the R button to dump it it does not dump the ticket with the game. Mostly this works but there are a couple of games where it doesn't. I have the latest Tinfoil and run this on both SX with ofw 11.0 and also on Atmos with ofw 12.0.3. As I said usually it works perfectly on both these but occasionally I can't get it to dump the ticket. Is there any other method I can use to do this?

hey Tinkerbell. have you encounter a problem where when you download a dlc it allows you but when you attempt to install another it shows' 0.0 MB for a split second and does not install it?
