And do what with it? They have a record you visited the site after it was taken down. Since the site was seized they probably have the visitor logs from before the take-down. A visit after the take-down proves nothing of your download habits because you could've just checked a link from an article such as this and wanted to see if it was really down or someone was lying.
Your IP is not private information. Any site you visit sees it and can store it.
