i just have my problems too pay there cause they only got paypal and western union

That's exactly my issue... And can't find a local reseller of that flashcard.

I've got a card (credit/debit), but I'm not willing to put my limited wealth on paypal's hands just like that. And Western Union is not that popular here to send money, just to receive it.

What's the issue with PayPal? They've never done anything shady to me. If someone does try to take your money through it without your permission you can usually talk to PayPal's support and they'll cancel the transaction.

I guess I'm lucky as in when I went to Hong Kong a couple years ago I just picked one up from a shop lmao.
