When I go to the PSP THEME SETTINGS, there is a section called THEME, and there is
3 options: Original, Classic and Custom Theme (Static ones, the ones that won't move).

So my question is simple, is there a way to add more options at this section? For example,
it could be: Original, Classic, CustomWave1, CustomWave2, Custom Theme (or an order
like this). Is there any plugin to make this happen?

I'm not very sure about what you're asking, but usually custom waves are incorporated into a theme by the theme creator. If the theme has a custom wave, you'd have to either flash the theme to the PSP or use CXMB to add the .ctf to your PSP, then select the theme, then pick to use the original background. If the theme has custom waves, then you'll be able to see them.

...? I don't understand...
Is there a way to add waves in the THEME SETTINGS?
In THEME SETTINGS\THEME (there is Custom Theme, Classic and Original,
but can I add more things like that? for example; Original, Classic, Custom
Theme, Custom Wave 1 and Custom Wave 2). I don't know how to explain this.

a custom wallpaper? download your custom wave and save it in psp/photo maybe?
Waves are the animated wave effects on the background of the PSP.
Use CXMB like War said. The latest CXMB allows for multiple themes each with their own separate wave.
