Gaming the world ends with you cheats gone?

what happened to the cheats on TWEWY i downloaded from here?.. after downloading the latest CHEAT.DAT & updating it on the R4, it's not showing anymore; while it was just fine the last time i update it which i think is 07-25-08..

also why is there any cheats for the game TRACE MEMORY?..
