Gansito isn't made by BIMBO (I undestand you) so, you won't find it by BIMBO, and if I'm not mistaken, BIMBO is called something else in Colombia?
Anyways, Gansito is made by Marinela. So, if you ever see that logo, be sure you'll find Gansitos there.

PS: If you do find a Gansito, freeze it for at least 2 hours.

Nop, Bimbo is also Bimbo here, BUUUT, Bimbo had buy so many local bread makers and still sell products with those brands because the remembrance.

Mamá Inés
Ramo
Panificadora Castilla

They used to be different bussines, now are trade marks of Bimbo. so the people thinks they are still buying from a «local» enterprise but is Bimbo.

When I was a Kid «gansito» was selled by Ramo. When Bimbo arrived to Colombia they could not sell thier gansito because was a local trademarl. so the first bussines they buy was Ramo...

They tried to do something similar here, but if I'm honest... local bakery bread is better than BIMBO's.

Not only that, but BIMBO got super expensive over here. From time to time I'd get a "Donitas Glaseadas" because there's no local bakery that makes those, but I very much prefer two to three bigger pieces of bread than one product from BIMBO.
Last time I remember BIMBO tasting good was when I was in Kindergarten, talking about 1996, 1997.

YEAH The same here, a sliced bread can cost 1 or 2 USD, but a bimbo one is 6 USD, some people thinks is better because Bimbo is «spongy» but the people with the time learned what «spongy» means AIR SO YOU AR BUYING A LOT OF AIR instead of bread.

It is! Yes.
But man, there's no comparison between old BIMBO and modern BIMBO.
I think nowadays is mostly the brand and not Quality.
I honestly don't consume BIMBO that much, but the times I do I end up more troubled than satisfied. That doesn't happen with local bakery bread (a parte, la chica que hace el pan está hermosa )
