I spent my first MasterBall in a shiny Hoothoot useful Pokemon Crystal... and that was better!

The first time i actually used it was with Giratina on Diamond, after several tries with all the other ball types i had at the moment, and soft-resetting, none of them caught it, so i figured i'd use the master ball and to my surprise it didn't work either.. Since then i never fully trust its usefulness.

Might be wrong, but there's a legendary that can be caught first try with a regular Poke Ball. I think it's Giratina or Arceus, can't remember exactly, but you too wasted your Master Ball.
All i remember is that the legendary is white and it's a legendary.

Might be wrong, but there's a legendary that can be caught first try with a regular Poke Ball. I think it's Giratina or Arceus, can't remember exactly, but you too wasted your Master Ball.
All i remember is that the legendary is white and it's a legendary.

Arceus is stationary iirc can only be found if you had the corresponding mystery gift item (i forgot which), i don't remember about the catch rate but many legendaries have higher catch rates from Gen 4 and onwards.
