So, here is a list of all questions I have because I can only post every 24 hours:

1) How could I install apps to the ctr nand?

2) What do I need to start homebrew development using C/C++?

Thank you!
-Gavin

To answer your question:
1) You can't choose where you install apps. 3DS games are installed to the SD card, and DSiware/system CIAs are installed to the NAND.
2) DevKitPro, plus knowledge of C++ and devkitARM/libCTRU (the latter two you can probably learn on the 3dbrew wiki or by playing around with the included examples).

You can install typical SD titles on the CTRNAND if you encrypt the CIA with GodMode9 and install it using sysUpdater. It's not advisable for games as there are no ways to backup their saves, and their read/write rate can wear out the NAND faster, but it may make sense if it's for several important utility apps like FBI or 3DSident-GUI.

You know the luma3ds guide at 3ds.hacks.guide? I need to generate a save file that would work on ctrnand. Can that be done?

Thanks

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
