Does anyone know if the free 4 Swords annonced for DSi will also be in the 3DS EShop DSiWare catalogue?
I for one hope so, for those of us who REPLACED their DSi with a 3DS, or never had a DSi, or had it bricked when trying to transfer things to the 3DS. And those like me, who knocked it into the sink whilst washing up (don't ask....).

I suspect a lot of 'Duh, the DSiware stuff is in the E-Shop' type responses but the two are not the same, and the announcement only mentioned the DSi as far as I can tell.

If those of us who've forked out for a new console don't get more free stuff, I will sulk for days.

But then, I'd have sulked for days if I'd bought that replacement DSiXL for £145 without noticing the 3DS was £175 for one day only- I suppose I won a little victory

Of Course! Else you can transfer it from your DSi. I personally thing Nintendo would bring it out on both shops.

Wrong! Not all dsi stuff is transferable. Plus your really not transfer the dsiware. Your transfering owner ship of it from the DSI to the 3DS. After the tranfer of owner ship to the 3ds, your dsi is cleared and you download the apps to the 3ds from nintendo servers.

I'm playing Link's awakening and it's really good... more better than i expected

I really hope that you can get it on the 3DS and DSi shops, because I don't know anyone else with a DSi and that way I could at least enjoy two player action.

Don't forget 3ds users get Link's Awakening too. Dsi users don't get that.
But Link's Awakening is not free.

According to Screwattack's Hard News this morning it'll be available on both systems. Yay for free stuff. Now if only the UK 3DS store would add the E3 trailers the rest of the world got yesterday

But I'm still wishing it was available for us too.

Best news all day!

Anyone else think this, and the WiiU being a big souped up version of the GBA-Gamecube setup is hinting at a new online 4 Swords Adventures?

Does anyone know if this is coming to the UK/EUR too? We only received Links Awakening this morning, no additional trailers etc yet...
If I remember correctily, I think they announced it to be released September I think.

Honestly, I want a new portable Zelda, at least 4 swords is free.

I know, the DS was spoiled with it's two Zelda games (both quite enjoyable despite the many complaints). If they can do Mario 3ds why not a Majoras sequel? As pant-wettingly exciting as Ocarina3d is, a new Zelda withn a few months of a console's release would be amazeballs!

What I'd love to see is a 3D fully rendered Minish Cap related game, with the shrinking and all.
Pity the poor WiiU- destined to have no Zelda for years as Skyward Sword will only have been out 6-8 months when it arrives

WiiU will probably be released in 2012 holidays or even later, don't expect anything sooner. Skyward Sword will be out for more than a year by then. I wouldn't be surprised if a remake (Twilight Princess, maybe?) would be made as the WiiU techdemo bundled in game, but probably it will be a WiiU Sports title.
