For starting talking about "Jailbreak" which is a term exclusively to the apple because one of the first exploits to iPhone was called "The Jailbreak" shows the lack of knowledge about the topic.
The RCM vulnerability is not on Nintendo side of the console was an error on factory leaving an entry point and because was a "Hardware" level you get access to, no need for an high level vulnerability.
But as you can tell because all the explanation of all the real gurús about the console the bad wolf N did a great work securing the OS of the console, everything is separated, no easy way to gain a high level of security, everything is well locked.
