i'm well aware that you can download, copy and install.

but people want a one stop application where you go through the list, pick the game, it downloads, and auto installs it.

that will never happen again.
That's called being a lazy spoiled ass who doesn't know what google is... Like seriously, you put name of game in search with "download" alongside it and you get two dozen results instantly to download, how spoiled can they be? If they are too lazy to even do that, then they should just buy their games then and save the trouble:/

perhaps they are worried that if the keep pulling the sd card out they will break their sdcard reader in the 3ds?

I admit that a full freeshop replacement is a lazy man's option. but Homebr3w is quite convenient, for example.

Only time I've even heard about (or seen) a broken SD card slot has been on my girlfriend's 3DS because she's SUCH a klutz she literally broke the spring inside the first time she ever tried taking out the SD card:rofl2: I take mine out like 3-4 times a day (I screenshot a lot and stuff and my internet is such that FTP doesn't work 99% of the time) and have done so for YEARS without it breaking, doubt anyone can be that paranoid...

wow you really dont know keys get activated when bought right?
here the cards just hangs in the store I could just pack my pockets and get away. but that wont work, because it has to be actived first

Dude there's ways to generate credits on survey sites, I'll just look myself. But I'm sure there could be a way to trick the eshop by some 3ds app

Since no one has mentioned this yet, these survey sites are scams made to prey on children and/or gullible people. I suppose it succeeded.

Just use your brain and Google. Everything you described is getting into highly illegal territory. While it's not impossible to break into their servers to gain access to content that's a crime and they will hunt your ass down. Don't be a fool. If you wanna pirate then put the damn effort into it.

The issue with this idea is that it's actually an act of fraud and or counterfeiting. Tricking the system into thinking you are paying for a game is an act of fraud. Generating eShop carts like that is counterfeiting eShop carts. freeShop already walked a legal grey area, but these right here are very clearly illegal.

Instead of making free_nintendo_robux_hack_generator_free.exe.nds, why not have a program that somehow pulls ROM file from pirate sites?
Not that I'd want that, that'd be silly, hahaha... ha...

Such an application would be illegal and nobody wants to take the responsibility

Never say never..
You basically need to get ahold of nintys ticket generating program to download something aswell the fact that that alone is a 1 time deal per. Freeshop was that one stop shop which whats been.......finally....... put in place, you cannot recreate anything without nintendos key generators. Which that is something that wont happen.
