Gaming Terraria Vita version???

Just got this off PS+ and was wondering if this is updated with the 1.2 content or not???


Not sure where i could check but im seeing online if u play online and set to "Invite Only" it will ask u to update......anyone got any info on this???

Google says that Terraria got the 1.2 update on PS3, 360, and Vita on April 17th.

Edit: Remember, on the Vita, when a game has an update, you can check by hitting the PS button, and all those symbols for the game above the window you click to play should show an extra one to the far left. Hit that and it will prompt you to download any patches. If the update thing isn't there, you already have the latest version.

How is it on Vita? I've had it on PC for years but never tried it on a console.

The Vita version is just like the PC version. Plays well, though, I recommend not using the smart cursor. It isn't so smart, and it's a pain trying to aim to break specific blocks. Otherwise the control scheme is solid, it plays super smoothly, and it even has the 1.2 update, so it's got all the goodies. The biggest appeal of the Vita version though is that it's the full PC version on the go, not the crappy mobile version.

There's a demo available on PSN. It's a pretty good port, check the reviews!

EDIT: Just beat the dreaded Wall of Flesh solo. Turns out it's pretty easy when you get so frustrated that you put up wood platforms spanning the entire length of the underworld... Anyway, if y'all need help with certain bossy-types let me know. I'm glad to help!
