Feedback Tekken 8 crash

Has anyone ran into any issues with Tekken 8 on PS5? I just bought my PS5 new at gamestop. Unboxed it, synced it with my PS4 and popped in the disc for my only ps5 game tekken 8. The moment I pick a fighter it crashes I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it twice. I've booted through safe mode and rebuilt the database. The game still won't load a match.

Is it ce-108255-1? If so I would return it for another one.

Do you have another game you could try? It could prove it was Tekken or the PS5.
