there are plenty of different topics that would answer all those questions. but in summary, 1. people say wiikey is the best, i use wiinja deluxe and am perfectly fine with it. 2. yes you have to install it. 3. its not so safe or easy if you dont know what you're doing, but if you do, it's really easy.
