Hello i just got my Sx pro today and im wondering how to activate it since it didnt come with an activation key and when i go on to the album and press Retrieve license online it says License code invalid does anybody know what to do im worried

do you have the console connected online?

also keep the sx pro plugged in when you activate it, it might help ( i have only the sx os and i activated it manually on the website)

I do have the console connected to the internet and kept the sx pro in but it didnt work

Then i have no idea, i only have sx os and it's activated differently than the sx pro

My pro activated fine online on the console. Try going the manual way via SX website, by uploading your license request file.

then you may have gotten a used/invalid code, I would suggest contacting TX for a new code.

No. He doesn't have a code, as he clearly states. If he had one, we wouldn't read this kind of stupid question. I guess he's expecting that it's free? Surprise, it's not. Buy a license and enjoy SX OS

he did said he got SX Pro. (code/license is in the dongle itself, which saves to the SD card upon first boot up attempt)

But still requires activation.
