Gaming Take Two Knows Nothing

I love how all you Nintendo fanboys start trashing on a game just because it isn't going to come out on a Nintendo console.

I bet a tonne of you played and enjoyed the recent GTA games and as I've stated before if a GTA the quality of any of the PSP games came out on the DS you would be singing it's praises no end.

Anyways I know I'm going to have heaps of fun playing the new GTA.

And I love how all the non-Nintendo fanboys "misread" what people say and then turn it into them being a fanboy.

Many people did not enjoy the newer GTA's, Sony/M$ fanboys included. And about the "Quality PSP games," ever notice they are all just watered-down PS2 games? Hm... that's curious... Quality is pretty simple when originality is lax and porting is as simple as it is.

Funny how the GTA franchise isn't suited to the Wii, yet duplicate titles that actually do the gameplay, camera, driving, shooting+aiming, and so on so much damn better with Godfather and Scarface are suited.

It surprised me slightly that arrogant piece of stupid shit said that because knowing the cash whoring greedy pigs they are I'm stunned not to see a GTA triple pack of the PS2 releases shoveled out for like $50-60 on Wii with attached proper controls/aiming suited to the controller. They'd make a pretty damn good penny doing that for sure considering other brought over titles moved nicely like RE4 Wii.

Big fan of the GTA 3 series, having mostly played them on the PC version... While I don't appreciate the cocky laughing of the execs, I can understand it. The Wii is not a graphics powerhouse and then again, that's why I bought it. GTA 4 could come uot for the Wii and I know I would end up getting it for the PC anyhow because of the familiar controls. Scarface is out for Wii and I have no desire to play it on the Wii - would rather play the PC version there too.

Rockstar (read: Take Two - I believe most people think 'Rockstar' when they hear 'Take Two') are kind of akin to George Lucas; just like Lucas has clearly proven he can't direct (the prequel trilogy), Rockstar have proven they can't make games as everything they've been involved in besides GTA has been mediocre/a failure.

The success of GTA can probably be attributed to the fact that it was the first sandbox game of that scale with decent execution on a console; much like the Star Wars-franchise was largely successful as a result of its at the time groundbreaking special effects.

A belief that there was some sort of real genius behind the two would be very misplaced.

(well okay, credit where credit's due; the guys at ILM were and are geniuses. They were the real driving force behind Star Wars)

Its crazy every single Gamecube/Wii owner I know wants to play GTA. I even bought that crappy True Crime game on the GameCube.

We Nintendo Owners would of course like GTA4. But I guess that it is probably to expensive to port it to the Wii.

I played and completed GTA on the PSP and it was a good game (the best on the PSP for a long time)

I then sold my PSP as nothing else intrested me

But unless GTA comes out with something new I cant see me bothering

If its a better looking version of GTA3 with new missions then meh !

this is not me hating just because its not comming out for the Wii... if i thought it was worth getting I would go out and buy the 360 or something
