Hacking System Format vWii?

Is it possible that a tool be developed for us to System Format the vWii portion of the console without touching the WiiU side of things. I have been having some issues with my console and have been meaning to send it in, but I have some homebrew on my vWii that could prohibit them from accepting it for repairs. Is there any way to wipe that while retaining my wii shop channel puchase account. Thanks!

There is not a setting like that in vwii, in vwii you only have data managament
