ROM Hack SX Pro OS and Smash Ultimate Trainingmod

Hello Guys,

I want to Install jugeeyas Trainingsmod on my Switch using SX Pro OS.
I havent bought the SX dongle yet since im still trying to Figure Things out.
But i think that SX Pro OS will be the easiest way.
However, i dont understand how to get the Mod to Work. (github /jugeeya/UltimateTrainingModpack)
Since the Guide is very very Bad for someone Like me and only Talks abojt reinx and atmosphere, but i think SX Pro should Work too right?

You can't. It uses custom sysmodule.
SX OS doesn't support external sysmodules.

SX OS doesnt support Custom KIPS or EXEFS NSPS
because cracking would be easy when allowing it.
but you can still install KOSMOS and then Chain load with the Dongle into Hekate and in Atmosphere CFW.

I Just realized i truly dont know anything about modding...sorry for that

Can anyone give me some Help on what I would need to make this work?
It doesnt need to be SX OS
But I would prefer an emuNAND or emummc solution, since i read, that i could use my Switch for Online and offline Play by doing so.
Link to a Guide or Something would be more than enough, so that i can get more information
