Hacking Question SX OS crash when going to "controllers"

So Im trying to setup my wireless controllers but each time the switch will crash.

This is the error im receiving:
2144-0005
(x1) xaj40047889749
(x2) 8.01

Each time im at my friends house we are unable to play cuz of no RCM loading there.. And we cannot setup the wireless gamecube controllers because of this error.

Steps I take are:

1.Connect to dock
2.Start Sx installer (which is installed via the Forwarder nsp here on gbatemp)
3.Load up any XCI
4.Exit SX installer.
5.Go to the controllers icon and press A
6.Crash

On latest switch firmware and SX OS. No emunand.

Found out it only happens when the "SX OS" app is open.. so if it's not closed entirely.
I was "simply" using the home button each time crashed when going into "controller".
Weird.
Anyway now I should know how to avoid it..
