so instead of focusing on cracking TX he spends time faking emails from TX... i'm loosing confidence.
Instead of blindly believing the attempted discrediting of others why not try see if it's actually true. Also he doesn't fucking owe you shit. How he chooses to spend his time is up to him, not you. Are you paying his bills?

And with that being said, where is there any confirmation of pragma's work being fake?

For repacking data (very lazy way)

Code:
TX1.1$ python tx_unpack_data.py
TX1.1$ python tx_pack_data.py
TX1.1$ sha256sum data_80000000.bin

TX1.1$ sha256sum data_repacked_80000000.bin

I'd prefer efforts to be put into creating a new backup loader rather than crack SX OS that way we wouldn't still be relying on SX for updates (and possible locking again)

Isn't it possible to debug a licenced copy and see how SX implemented their backup loader?

It's low level programming. It's easier to just crack it.

If it's that simple why don't you do it then
Who said anything was simple? Are you even reading what I'm posting or just what you think I'm posting? I said it's easier to crack it than to reverse engineer it, or to create your own. This was said multiple times by developers in this thread on previous pages.

Low level do not means simple, it does mean talking with the proc and he's right cracking a security is simpler than copying the functions (because it would be a lot of code to review)
For a security check you just have to bypass some jumps and it's enough

Lol it's not about getting a backup loader. If that is the case they could've worked on it long time ago. It's about fucking TX's protection, that is the accomplishment here. Not the backup loader.

Good evening, would not it be possible to use the same WiiU method, where only "00", "ZEROES" in the initial OFFSET is inserted and cheat the BOOT.DAT check by causing it to ignore the license search and start as licensed?

Sorry for the noob doubt, "but sometimes the most innocent doubt can be a great solution."

Well, some people have posted that they got keys from running a brute force for a few days. :P So, good luck, I hope your PC is good enough! :D
