Hacking Question Sx OS bootup not working

I'm constantly going there this crap. My sd card stopped working again this is the 3rd sd card I'm using. I formatted the dam sd card and put my backup files I had on my laptop to the sd card but for some reason when I inject the payload the sx screen shows up and in left with a black screen after that. I tried loading into atmosphere and the same crap

Are you formatted on fat32?

So my sd card randomly got corrupted again and I had to download the boot file from sx website and do it again. It works fine now but I'm not sure what gets the sd corrupted.

All I've been doing is using nro2nsp nothing more
