Hacking Switching between Classic, Gateway, and Stock

I couldn't find any info on it, so I'm sorry if it's already posted somewhere obvious. Currently, to switch between modes, I power off the 3DS, power it on, run the browser exploit, and select either Classic or Gateway mode. I have the DS card enabler CIA installed on my sysnand so I can use the blue gateway card as a DS mode flashcart. Is there any way to switch between modes without rebooting? If I run the exploit while in emunand, it just freezes the 3DS (which is expected I guess). Is there anyway to install the program in launcher.dat as a CIA?

My current setup:
9.2 sysnand and 9.4 emunand that are separated.
DS Flashcart enabler CIA installed on sysnand
Gateway 3.0.1

With emuNAND active (either Classic and Gateway mode), go in and out of System Settings. You'll get kicked back to sysNAND. At this point, you're probably able to run the exploit again if you want to return to emuNAND. I know for a fact this works with 4.5 sysNAND and the DS profile exploit, I'm not entirely sure if it works with the browser one, but it should.

Start and then exit settings. This will kick you back to the stock firmware. From there relaunch the browser exploit to enter Gateway or Classic mode.
