Hardware Switch turns off while in dock

I have this problem for a while now, that my switch turns itself completely off while sitting in dock. When i take it out of the dock it is warm to touch. It doesnt happen all the time so i dont know what might be causing it. It is AutoRCM'ed so it's not turning on by itself and in order to turn it on again i have to hold down power for some time then turn it on again for it to be recognized by the pc and inject the payload again.
Anyone has any experience with something like that or have any idea what might be causing it?

It could also be a Atmosphere error that causes it to restore. Which guide did you follow to set up CFW?
What is your reboot_to_payload.bin file?

I have a pure atmosphere. Reboot to payload is fusee primary i believe
