I need some opinions, I have a patched switch (the limited edition of let's go pikachu / eevee), I would like to know your opinion, do you think a jailbreak (exploit) will come out sooner or later that allows you to make the mod on the switch?

Probably not anytime soon, patched unit via deja vu exploit requires firmware 1.0.0 to 4.1.0. If you are above 7.0.1 then you will have to go the SX modchip route.
