Hardware Switch Overheating in Case

Hi. So it was the first time I brought my Switch out, and I've put it into sleep mode, then into an official Nintendo case. An hour later I hear huge fan noises, so I took out the Switch and realized it's very hot. I quickly turned off.

I looked online and people says it's because the ventilation is blocked by the case and they suggested to turn the Switch off before putting it into a case. However, as a CFW user I would not be able to turn it off, as it requires a laptop, USB-C and RCM jig to boot into CFW, which I wouldn't bring with me when going out.

How do you guys deal with this problem?

ok also if you dont want to use the rcm jig you can use autorcm
