Gaming Switch online just for 1 user?

Just to make sure, is the switch online subscription for 20 bucks not for the whole switch itself but for only one user on it?

So if me and somebody else have a profile and want to play online, I'd have to buy the subscription for 35 bucks?

Yup, the 20 bucks price is for one account only, not for the entire console like on PS4

The Family Plan is up to 8 users so find some other friends to split it up with. The other option is to breed.
