What specifically does not work out of docked mode? Does it work if you boot the switch in docked mode and then remove it from the dock?

when I remove it form the dock , the switch work normaly you can here the sounds but nothing showing in the screen

Have you checked the ribbon cable to connect the display is inserted correctly? If it isn't inserted properly then the display might not work, like in your case.

the ribbon cable is connected properly and as I said I also changed the screen connector ) (FPC) , still same problem

Hmm... If the display is connected properly then I am not sure what it could be.
You say you have changed the connector, have you checked the ribbon cable itself to see if it has somehow been damaged? It might be worth using a little contact cleaner on the contacts as well whilst you are there.

Then I am not sure what else it could be, I have never experience a problem like this myself.
Maybe someone else who knows a little more could help instead.

Change out the ribbon cable, or if you think it's fine. Meassure both sides with a multimeter and see if it beeps.

from where can I buy a new ribbon cable ! can't find it in aliexpress

You need new screen if you damaged the lcd ribbon, since they are attached to it. Depending on what you damaged if you damaged the zif connector on the motherboard for the display it would also show no display even though it would dock.

check your backside of the oled if the tps65633 circuit got short or any damage.

Attached a screenshot of the IC, everything looks fine , I have also tested all the near components but no short, I have also attached pics for the ribbon cable (visible side)
