Switch no longer booting into atmosphere

I have a V1 XAW1 switch. I have a dual emuMMC and sysMMC setup that i use. I keep my sysMMC clean and my emuMMC dirty for "stuff". Everything was going well until on my emuMMC, on 19.0.1, I booted into Calculator. The switch had a black screen. I press home on my pro controller, it boots me into the home menu, then it freezes. Everything is unresponsive, docked and handheld. I hold the power button to force it to turn off. Now, I can only boot into stock sysmmc, as cfw sysmmc and emummc no longer boot. They run into the atmosphere logo, then they freeze on the nintendo switch logo.

Any help would be appreciated.

Wipe and do a clean install
