Hardware Switch gyroscope turns off and on randomly

Hello
So, i've had this trouble for a long while with Hyrule Warrior AoC and haven't any other for this long while, so i only though it was a bug with the game, but it now occurs also with Crysis that i just bought...
I explain, i'm used to use the gyroscope to aim at precise spot and the joystick to move the camera faster.
But mixing both seems to be buggy with my switch, because randomly, when i go for the gyroscope, it just doesn't work, the camera doesn't move at all with the gyroscope...
I always have to move the camera manually with the joystick to make it turn back on, however, it doesn't always work...
Like... sometimes, i have to budge the joystick many time in order to turn the gyroscope back on...
Is it normal? Is there a way to fix this? Do i have to sens it to nintendo?
Is it a lifetime warrenty like the joycon drift?
If it isn't, how much is it worth to fix it?
And is there a free way to fix it first?
