Hardware Switch dock No Signal on TV

Hello, sorry for my english, is not my native language.
I have a dock when put my switch on the tv the message change from "No device connected" to "No signal".
I test this dock with another switch and the same problem, and test my switch with another dock and works ok.
It's possible the STDP2550 or M92T17 are broken? I test continuity in the HDMI filters with a multimeter and are ok.

Hi,

If you have no HDMI signal on TV and steady green LED when console is putted on dock, the STDP2550 chip is faulty and must be replaced.
I replaced one in these conditions last week and the display came back!
