Hacking Swapped SDcards now nothing works

I recently did a SD swap for my 3ds, well after copying everything onto the new sdcard the 3ds is saying it cant detect an sdcard. I can still access luma3ds 9.1 config option, but i cant get back into GM9 or have any of my apps/games show up. i cant seem to find anything on how to fix this. Also I have access to rosealina.

Is the SD fat32 formated?

I found out what it was, the allocation size somehow wasn’t 32kb and was 4kb. Formatting to 32kb fixed the issue. Now just to update all the files that are out of date
