Hacking Swap all data from one mSD to another?

I have a N3DS with a 4 GB mSD. My Sky3ds has a 16 GB mSD.

I'm so happy with the Pasta CFW so I would like to have my 16 GB mSD for the Pasta CFW and the 4 GB to the Sky3ds (I will probably only use it for Cubic Ninja). So I want to copy all data to the computer and then over to the mSDs.

Anyone has experience with mSD swapping? What losses are there? Will I have to reinstall everything like Ninjhax, all CIAs etc? Will all my puzzle pieces in Mii Plaza be gone?

From my very limited experience trying the same from a 4GB to a 16GB:

Ninjhax will stay on your system as it is tied to your Cubic Ninja Savegame and not your (m)SD card. CIAs I could not migrate but I honestly derped around to much. Even copying everything from the old (m)SD card yo the new will not automatically create a dbs folder and the needed files in your sysNAND folder. Yoy can try to just copy everything and make thst folder with the files and see what happens.

Im screwed

I have never had any problems with Sky3ds before. But after the swap I have tested three different mSD cards and none of them are working. Super mario 3D land official cart is working so the cart slot is OK. Old theme and all CIAs and everything looks like before. but the freaking Sky3ds wont be recognized. Any suggestions?

Use sd formatter

Format ur msd. The run the Lastest diskwriter from sky3ds with adminitrator privilage. Then redo everything again

Sky3ds dont work on my O3DS as well.. hope this will help =)

I got it working again at last. Dont have a fucking clue what was wrong. I tried like 10 times before the 3DS could find Cubic Ninja.. Now im back on track with a 16 GB mSD for Pasta =)
