I play the game and some stages music dosent play. I play on Peaches Castle for example the music dosent play its just quite, the characters are the oonly sound that plays but not background music and some menu music.. help me please

How are you playing the game? Loadiine, disc, eshop or wupinstall installer?
If you use mods sometimes they won't load properly after playing for a while. Otherwise, some files might just be corrupted or missing.

Does using wupinstaller qualify as a mod???? I'd asking because usually we use the "mod y" installer... Is this what you mean?

No, it's called Mod Y because it's a mod of wupinstaller itself.
When I said mods I was talking about Saviine/Cafiine, those kinds of things.
