Gaming Super Princess Peach help needed

im stuck at level 6-7

i guess im supposed to catch the ball in the upper left corner and hit the "!" box with it to continue.
but how do i reach that ball? you cant fly in this spot.

I see a spring on the right. Maybe you can use it.

no. its a green spring which cant be moved. the way above the spring is blocked, thats why i need to hit that "!" box.
