ROM Hack Question Super Mario Odyssey Balloon World Editor/Save?

Is it possible to save edit Balloon World stats? I browsed through my save with the SMOSE app, but couldn't find a direct variable for it, which makes me think the stats might be tied somewhere else.

Alternatively is anyone willing to share a LV50 Balloon World save?
