Hacking Stuck on Version 2.1.0-4 after luma3ds attempt

I tried to install luma3ds. After using safe installer for axhl9 (I forgot the name.) my console got stuck on 2.1.0-4U, the browser doesn't work, and soundhax doesn't work either. If I update it through system settings it will become bricked. I Have a copy of the NAND that was created. What do I do? Also, both screens of the console do weird things, in the video I took out the sd card and forgot to put it back in, but soundhax doesn't launch.
Console used: New 3DS XL
Original version: 11.3
The Guide used is really easy to follow, but I messed something up.

Never, ever, use a video guide!
Also n3DS is a completely different console when referring to software. Use 3ds.guide

For a start: video guides are never up to date.
The only guide to follow at current is the 3ds.guide by Plailect, it's the most up to date guide.

Yes, 2DS has messed up screen on 2.1 and this is mentioned in the guide. Soundhax does not work in 2.1. You use the browser to load a webpage which loads special files that you placed on your SD card, files which differ depending on if you have a 2DS/o3DS vs n3DS. If the guide is followed and you click the links meant for your console then you'll be fine.

Im guessing they got ahold of who knows what guide and done a9lh. As from what https://gbatemp.net/threads/rm9-prefetch-svcbreak-error-please-help.592883/ somewhat says

That would explain downgrading. Don't close the shell or it could brick iirc on a n3ds.

because i make a mistake, i was in 11.3.0.36u and downgrade my o3ds not im stuck, the only .bin working is 2.1.0-4 otherwise i get the svcbreak error.

You could had try a CTR transfer instead of downgrading to 2.1.0-4

i use the ctr transfer, i have 9.4.bin but everytime svcbreak then need to back to 2.1.0-4 with ctr transfer
