It's simple if you have FBI.
Go into FBI select TITLES, find and select your game, and then IMPORT SEED.

Once that's done exit out of FBI and play your game.

same here i stucked in 3ds screen, my 3ds is n3dsll, someone help

Try to open eShop and search the game, see the details and you should be able to play it.
