They need to get all smokers (Who are obviously way too far into addiction) to play MMORPGs.

You can smoke while playing a MMORPG.

WOuld be nice if this was stop smoking ANYTHING ds. Helping you quit pot, crack, meth etc.

And I think stop drinking DS would be a really funny game. Imagine! 4 screens! (double vision)...but I don't know how you would play it drunk ie. delayed reactions, horrible hand eye, slurred speech for the microphone. etc.
Agreed on the first part.

As for the second part, make a ridiculously easy game that requires decently speedy reaction time, and/or decent hand eye coordination, and when they play it sober they'll realize how horribly stupid they are drunk to have failed that.

This is true, and quite sad ._.; But it might help to some degree, and if it doesn't... well I figure it's easier to realize your addiction to a video game than to a substance, so hopefully when you quit you realize how stupid it is and how horribly weak you are to not have quit before, and just leave it alone.
