Hacking Still banned after a long time - Is this normal?

Hi!

I posted last month regarding a ban I have on my n3DS - I was banned for playing Mario Kart online (I forgot to inject my private header into that specific ROM)

The ban was on Jan 26th - Its now Feb 27th and I have just tried to go online again to find I am still banned. Is this normal? How long would this ban usually last, I have seen people say around 15 days / 2 Weeks - But obviously its been longer than that now...

Am I screwed? Shall I just continue to wait it out? Or am I permabanned? (I really hope not...)

Anyone with an answer would be much appreciated!

I think not, but maybe you got a 2/3 months ban

If you still can't get online after 6 weeks, it's worth giving Nintendo a call as they will probably be able to tell you if it's a permanent ban.

As of today, I am unbanned!

Lets hope I patched my ROM right this time...
